Job Description:
- The Project Manager participates & support in all aspects of business activities such as procurements, project delivery and logistical operations.
- The project manager is responsible for ensuring and improving the performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability of the company through effective methods and strategies of service delivery.
- Irrespective of the value and size of the project, this person will be responsible for handling projects from conception to completion.
- Carry out initial line marking, check specs against drawings with Designer, provide inputs for the order entry activities, ensure the packing list and delivery is as desired, verify the material received on site for damages and/or shortfall if any, plan on site installation in line delivery schedule, ensure strong coordination with installation team including outsourced contractors.
- This position requires an extensive knowledge of the office furniture industry.
- The ideal candidate should have educational credentials and work experience related to the contract furniture environment and relocation project management.
- Function as the first person responsible for furniture and/or integrated projects execution
- Plan & implement efficient Warehousing for the material stock & projects.
- project management experience, preferably within a furniture dealership environment
